My friend is the Doc...And I know this is sad, but sometimes I just have a lot of trouble beating him. He uses crouch cancel a fair amount and abuses d-smash and u-smash and dash attack..It's seriously annoying..I am teching on all my falls, but it doesn't help that much..He likes to dash a lot though >: <
