This is first ever smash event held at Thunderdome games inc. We will be running Super Smash bros. for the Wii U. singles and doubles.
When:
January 16, 2016

Parking:
Parking will be behind the Heffelfinger Insurance building which is located next to VFW hall. The entrance to the venue is the back double doors of the Heffelfinger insurance building. Registration will begin at 12:30 pm and end at 1:30pm Singles will immediately follow. Double will be ran after singles.
Fees:
Singles:
5$
2$ venue fee
Doubles:
10$ per team
payouts will be determined by the amount of entrants
Rule set:
Game Version- U.S. Nintendo Wii-U
Game Settings:
· 3 Stock
· 8 Minute time limit
· Best 2 of 3 games (best 3 of 5 games in Winners, Losers, and Grand Finals)
· Items OFF
· Equipment OFF
· Custom moves OFF
· Miis are allowed with 1111 move-set and default size
Stage Selection:
Starters
· Battlefield
· Final Destination
· Town and City
· Smashville
· Dreamland (64)
*Omega stages may be used in place of Final Destination but only after the first game in a set
Counter picks
· Halberd
· Lylat Cruise
· Duck Hunt
Additional Rules
· Amiibos are banned
· Coaching during gameplay is prohibited
· You may not select a stage that you have previously won on during that set unless mutually agreed upon
· You may not select a stage outside of the available stage list unless mutually agreed upon
· Order of events:
o Pick characters
o Strike stages: P1(strikes 1), P2(2), P1(1)
o Winning player bans two stages
o Winning player may change character after any game but that selection will be locked in before losing player chooses their character
· Please bring your own controller!
We can always use additional setups. If you supply a setup your venue fee will be waived.
