OK so here are the rules:

We are building a smash themed amusement park out of the roster by correlating them to RL Amusement rides either operating or closed. What i want you all to do is

1. Pick a character (Limit one per customer til we have the full roster)
2. Find a ride in any amusement park that would most relate to them (Cite your source of the rides existance please)
3. Cite your reasoning why that character matches that ride

If you pick a character with an echo leave it open however if a ride has a sister attraction (like Beast and Son of Beast at Kings Island) you may want to pair them that way.

Best ones will be picked before the thread closes and the winning park will be put up in the new thread when it opens as Smash Land. Lets see if we can match up the whole roster best of luck.

Edit: For sake of Clarity and cuz i got someone writing this down among yous. Please cite the ride and the park it is in and where the park is located. Thank you.

In a sense, I get it. Not the volatile responses to people they deem casuals or the hissyfits they're known to throw, but more the idea of "I was here first and I'm more of a fan than you." It's somehow disheartening when a clearly more casual fan talks about how much they love something despite not being able to keep up with you in a conversation about it.

Ever since Daredevil came to Netflix, I've run into so many huge Daredevil fans who can't name a single character who wasn't in the show. As a comic book nerd who ****ing loved Daredevil since middleschool, those conversations annoy me.

My issue with that fandom is that there seems to be just these really mean-spirited individuals who will argue over the dumbest things, like how Ike is the only important character in Tellius according to one crazy yandre-Ike-fangirl, or how someone can't handle hearing other people say bad things about his favorite game and how he feels "insulted", or that one guy who trashed the Juragdal games so hard while blatantly admiting he never even came close to touching either of the games, yet still expects everyone to take him seriously.

JRPG fandoms are crazy, man.

It's not even restricted to anime. This is word-for-word what happened to the Resident Evil community. I finally left Capcom-Unity due to the daily arguments about who's a "true fan" between agitatingly hardheaded oldschool purists and newage people who played RE4 once and had a cropped out image of what was clearly Jill Valentine porn for an avatar.

I dare by spending 20+ games fighting the same green Woomy my friend uses and never bothered changing to a different Woomy or a different character due to literally never playing anyone else competitively before...try fighting the same trash playstyle of a friend’s Inkling only to **** on that Inkling using your own Inkling on your first try using the character...bodying that person without knowing any of the moves outside of specials and Smash attacks to make the first woomy special

Yeah I wasn't even joking that much in my post either. This could have been Sakurai's way of getting people to speculate like crazy about the roster.

In which case would be a cruel thing to do given that there wasn't much to hint at left. Isaac, Shadow, and Skull Kid should have been revealed in June or August really.
