Game 1: Players choose characters, then decide who strikes stages first. Stage striking occurs in 1-2-1 order and the remaining stage is played on.

The winner of the previous game will choose 1 stage to ban from the list of stages (that includes starters and counterpicks), and the loser of the previous game may choose any of the remaining stages to play on. The winner of the previous game then has the option to switch their character. After the winner switches or stays, the loser has the opportunity to switch characters as well. Stage bans reset after each game.
Once the set has been completed, report your results to the TOs.
Additional Rules:
Dave’s Stupid Rule: You may not choose a stage you already won on in a set, unless mutually agreed to. (This rule only comes into effect if a set goes to game 3).
Omega Rule: If Final Destination is chosen, either player may request to play on any Omega stage instead of regular FD.
Prize payouts:
1st: 60%
2nd: 30%
3rd: 10%
Stick around after the tournament for friendlies!
GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN!
