Something's confusing me about Wario's Final Smash...

For the most part, Wario's Final Smash is pretty clear. He eats some garlic and turns into Wario-Man. But one thing has been bugging me that I haven't figured out yet:

How long does this last? Is this a temporary effect, like Giga Bowser, or is this permanent, like Zero Suit Samus (at least until you get another Smash Ball)?

I can't make heads or tails of that one. Anyone have any ideas?

Sakurai said that Wario gains no special superpowers in this mode. Just an altered moveset, with lots of variety in the moves.

With that in mind, one would think it's a permanent transformation (unless a smashball is obtained).

I seriously doubt this is a permanent effect. Especially if his chopper really goes as fast as Sakurai makes it sound, what if you accidentally use it and waste a life with it? Of course not everyone is so stupid to do that, but it's still somewhat of a problem..

If you die as Zamus, you stay in the Zamus form. Don't think that's too much of a concern.

Wario-man is kind of like Zamus, when you transform, your not given superpowers like the rest of the FS', just an altered, but better moveset. Which is why I think Wario-man is permanent.

I think Sakurai just said he doesn't do any powerful moves, as in, not anything like Mario Finale, Zero Laser or something, but rather turns into a bigger powerhouse than he already was, like with Giga Bowser. I think it's better to just wait until the game gets released so we can find out for ourselves, it's too vague right now.

aww, but where's the fun if his chopper doesn't go mach 4? besides, if it has heavy knockback like in the picture on the dojo, you could turn yourself into a kamikaze warioman. what's one life compared to the look on your friend's faces when you shoot across the stage and kill everyone including yourself?

I really doubt it lasts that long. Suped of version of your character isn't a concept that works well for it.

It's not permanent, or else WM would have been anounced as a new character, like 0 Suit Samus. It most likely has a time limit, but it could last until death.
The difference is that Zero Suit Samus has a completly different moveset than Samus. Wario Man is just a powered up version of Wario, comparable to Giga Bowser. That said, I think its going to be temporary but last longer than other transformations.

Does anybody play WarioWare? Everybody who plays WarioWare knows that, if WarioMan gets hit by something big, he becomes Wario again.

Conclusion:
WarioMan becomes Wario after losing a life.
