You need to be more aware of your situations. You were majorly defensive when he was actually close to you (shielding spotdodging for the most part) Sometimes you can just jab, ftilt, dtilt and catch them. If your going to aerial and they are shielding make sure you l-cancel straight to spotdodge, jab or tilt. You should be able to do all three before they can shield grab if you do it correctly. One of the common things I do is shffl fair (they shield) jab, ftilt, then w/e (jump out, spotdodge, or follow it up if one of those hits). Another thing is work on sweet spotting the upB. Watch KoreanDJ vids. You'll notice that he usually shino stalls (repeatedly upBing to sweetspot on the edge) at a diagonal angle by using DI to first go up and away then down and forward. The trick is as long as your going in a downwards direction towards the edge Sheik will always sweetspot the ledge. Just make sure you let go of down before you will grab the edge or you will pass it.

Learn how to reverse needle charge in the air (not that useful against Falcon unless he is recovering from far, but good against other characters). And practice shino stalling if you don't know how to do it simply to get the hang of it. And focus on using downthrow against Falcon, it's easier to tech chase than upthrow.

3.) is kinda wrong since her down grab isnt that powerfull in PAL but still she is the best in our tierlist, thats why most ppl think ice climbers counter shiek...

yea you gotta give CF more to deal with, force him to approach you, stay away from the grab and dont challenge his air game, needle him, and pick the openings, dthrow and combo from there

no, you challenge his air game. Just don't go head to head--challenge it properly. get under him, behind him, and make sure to space b-airs, and it's doable.

IMO you just need to react quicker. No offense, but you *looked* slow, and you were noticeably slow when coming off the ledge, or getting out of your shield.

Also, instead of trying to regrab falcon from a D throw, tech chase with DD--> D-smash. Or know that you can't CG and just wait for him to get up and then regrab him.

When you dropped off the ledge to edgeguard, you always used f-air. Instead, needling works, or b-airs. Also, when you missed, you could have jumped with a b-air (there was one time that would have hit him, IIRC from the vid) and you can still sweetspot the edge after, the same as normal jumping.

As a fellow doc that uses sheik (albeit not *that* well) I hope this helps!

Wow..thanks for the tip! I'll keep this in mind...it did help:) Of course, everyone has given me good advice so far, but still, thanks...

Everyone...you can keep posting if you are so inclined;)

EDIT: I know this isn't really the place to ask (PM would be better), but St. Viers, when do you plan to update the Doc Finder? I know there are, like, 5 people (myself included) waiting for you to update...
