Spammy Ike

A kid in my locals loves to play spammy Ike and then called me bad when he side B's to the other side of the map and hits me off for the third time in 20 seconds
I've 1v1d him while he wasn't using Ike or Cloud and schooled him
Any tips on how to counter him or make him refrain from spamming?
Anything would be helpful
