Dan Darrett
Revs up for Race!
Dan Darrett makes his high-speed debut as a formidable fighter from the Pole Position universe (yeah, I'm aware he's from the cartoon. The game doesn't happen to have original characters of it's own and the cartoon technically isn't a tie-in to those. Having him be the Pole Position rep would remind me of like if Namco had their own Captain Falcon type of character!).

Drawing inspiration from his iconic racing legacy, Dan brings his unparalleled energy, agility, and mechanical prowess to the battlefield. With a distinctive moveset that blends elements of his racing skills with Captain Falcon's combat style, Dan navigates the Smash universe with a charismatic flair, taking on all challengers in a quest to prove that he's not just a racer, but a true champion of the arena. As a symbol of speed and determination, Dan Darrett's inclusion in Super Smash Bros. showcases his transition from the racetrack to the ultimate arena of battle, ready to burn rubber and leave a trail of victory in his wake.
