I'm not against it. The games are pretty charming and Mystical Ninja has great music. I admit whether the game having two Ninjas (including Sheik) would be too many at this point is a tough call to make. Croi's enthusiasm is weird, though. If she is so Japanese-desu, shouldn't she already know Sakurai isn't taking any more requests?

I've seen the one where someone requested a Call of Duty character.

Well, for one thing, the claim that Peach is bipolar. I dunno, just seems insulting to the character that we're automatically assuming she has a mental disorder because she was in one game that she could manipulate her emotions in. Not to mention that it was a magical island with an artifact that allowed these emotions to manifest in unusual ways, so her "mood swings" were justified by plot (sort of).

But maybe it was said in jest and I'm reading too much into it.

Many of these are jokes if it isn't obvious. The Jessica Alba and Call of Duty one are without a doubt jokes. If anything those people would be face palming the people here. Some are genuine nonsense, but not those.
