Lul, does that work against anyone else? Is this like that F-Tilt lock from forever ago?

yeah it works on everyone from what I can tell, it doesn't work til 60-70% I can only get like 6 bairs on fox with staling. At 0% they'll just get smacked into the ground but you should still be able to combo them with a 2nd bair which is what will start the lock where they go into that spinny animation.
