Many thoughts, mixed opinions

the first and third act were pretty much perfect with no real notes outside of fanboy nitpicks, that second act though was rough

The movie seemed insecure whenever it wasn't adapting Shadow's story. So many obnoxious jokes and whatever characters. I was never in love with Jim Carey's Eggman but in those first 2 I thought it was fine and a fun portrayal of the character. this movie made me sick of it. Agent Stone is a legitimately good addition though, I like him.

Keanu's Shadow was also really inconsistent too sometimes he disappeared into the role flawlessly and sometimes he clearly phoned it in, I'm mixed on it.

Outside of the unfunny jokes they really knew what they were doing with Shadow's story and the action was great. Again with a lot of fanboy nitpicks.

They stepped their music game up from 2 but I needed more live and learn, that was almost cruel how little they played of it, The Sonic CD movie better have more game music

My idea for the Magnetic type is that it's effectively the science type/counterpart to electric.

Spoiler: Magnetic Type Effectiveness

Super effective against: Electric, Steel, Fairy
Not effective against: Fire, Psychic, Rock, Magnetic
No effect: Dragon

Resistant to: Water, Flying, Ground, Steel
Weak to: Electric, Psychic, Dragon
Immune to: Fairy

Yes I did make Magnetic and Electric super effective against each other.
I thought this made sense as magnetism generates electricity and electricity generates magnetism.
I did think about making Magnetic weak to Fire as this is true in nature, but I realize it would make the latter too offensively powerful so I had compromise.
Psychics tend to break reality so I thought it would work as a counter for Magnetic plus Psychic definitely needs a buff so this was a good excuse.

Your thoughts?

I can get down with this! I like the idea of creating a type triangle with Dragon and Fairy. As well as being strong against Steel (makes a lot of thematic sense and also Steel needs a nerf) and buffing Psychic. The Electric situation is also very fun!

I have vaguely heard of this. I think it’s like a battle factory but cranked up a notch and sort of like mystery dungeon right?

Right now I’m doing a mono normal run of radical red hardcore, but I also have vanguard, rejuvenation and desolation to finish. So I’ll definitely add the pit to my list.

Also I recently played through and beat elite emerald. If you’ve played inclement emerald I’d highly recommend, even if you didn’t. All Pokémon get 4 abilities and there’s a whole lot of new moves, abilities and forms. It has a lot of replay ability and was a really fun first run.

I personally think they are absolutely bluffing, at least partially, The companies that have these cases are either no-name Chinese manufacturers or are Dbrand, whose whole shtick is trying to make as many headlines as possible by being really annoying. Not companies that are direct partners with Nintendo.

I think what is happening is a while ago there was an alleged leak of a 3D printed version of the Switch 2 and it came with some CAD files with dimensions and I think they are basing their whole design for these cases off of those CAD files.

but I could be wrong and it could just be as simple as they don't want to get sued
