I really like the Jigglypuff vs. Bowser Jr. one. All around exciting! Really shows how good Jigglypuffs aerial game is.

Thanks again! Gonna watch right now. I really love how fast paced some of the games are; the ZSS match lasted 1.5 minutes, which is FAST even for Melee's average of 3 minutes. And then we have some MUs which are slower paced which can be really interesting and an impressive display of positioning and spacing. Smash 4 is looking great!

Wow the long-lasting sing is incredible bad! Hyper Voice seems to have atleast SOME uses though( I think)

Doubleslap and Explosion Rest seem to be intersting in my opinion. The ExRest can be used as a ground option on stage.

I thought long lasting rest could reflect projectiles though? it didn't seem like it reflected Mario's fireballs but it could be because they didn't hit the hitbox or something

Very true. I thought my suggestion was a stretch to begin with. Such a shame Jigglypuff didn't get a good up special.

I think Rest 1 trumps Exploding Rest since the latter actually pushes opponents away from you. The only usable custom move is the multi-hitting Pound since it carries Jigglypuff further, making it a very good stall move.

This time it is Jigglypuff. Two things to keep in mind. One, he isn't a Jigglypuff player (though he looks decent with her), and two, he is kinda vulgar so viewer discretion is advised.

The hitbox is definitely much larger than with any of the other Sing options. Still, it's a bit too slow and sluggish, I think going out there and F-Air or B-Air the off-stage opponent will always be the better choice.

Thanks for confirming that the hitbox is bigger, but I feel like making statements like this so early in the game's life will only hurt its growth. I know that seems like the obviously good choice, and that the custom sing move seems god awful, but we have to test everything as if we haven't played any previous smash game to know what works best for sure.

Also, making generalized statements fails to mention one of the most important things about smash bros, which is understanding how to you counter specific options another character has. Even if this sing is only good at gimping one character's recovery, that's still important to know when you play against that character and choosing this custom move is an option you have.

I'm all about finding techniques and uses for things. Since I spent most of my years playing smash bros (mostly melee) by myself against computers, understanding the game's mechanics, frame data, and small intricacies was always what kept my interest in the game, and what helped put me a step above the people who got to play actual players regularly. (I always had a trick up my sleeves, lol)

I already have a whole ton of ideas to test for each of the custom moves, and I really really look forward to getting my hands on the full version of the game.

Posted this in the social but I fixed the quality... just a day 1 randumb wifi for glory stock match but the sing read was siiiiiick and I got a stage spike... didn't even get a chance to show how good b-air kills yet lol :D

After playing puff some more and getting a good feel for her I can safely say I still might main this character on the 3DS. Her shield punish game is GODLIKE. Im getting so many rests out of shield punishes its not even funny. Along with rest combos it just feels like its Melee puff. Not quite Melee puff but certainly not Brawl puff. This character is back. I can't wait to use a c-stick for this character.

I uploaded just that clip to youtube for the gfycat because it was a phone recording of a replay lol. The rest of the game is really bland and just a lot of lag and rolling so it doesn't look too nice. If I manage other cool things I'll try to get the replay to our streamer who has a capture card on his 3DS and i'll get the match on youtube.

I love it... Would love to see the damage percentages on both throughout the video. Jigglypuff jumps and sings below DDD. Hmm. Interesting. Maybe Jiggs can jump and sing below him, but not be DIRECTLY below him. Maybe you can also jump below DDD to make it seem like you're attacking, but use sing below and to the side of DDD instead of as both of you are falling to the ground. I want this game... lol Would like to experiment and such.
