that's funny, because I was originally planning on coming down to UoI this weekend to visit some friends. A smash tourney makes it all the better!

Though I might not be able to make it in time, since the greyhound bus will probably get there late at night : /

Zurad: Hope you can make it. We should smash sometime this weekend. Robin gave up smash for Lent so he won't be able to play.

I agree with Brickman, I think we're overdue for weeklies around here. We just need a place we can go every week. Would Weston's lounge work?

This is a good point actually. You'd have time for, at most just singles or doubles, unless you have a crapload of stations set up

Also, from the looks of it, most of the people who will show up to this goto UoI, so I'm probably out of luck here, but is there anyone that plans on getting to this early that could give me a ride? The problem is that I goto NIU, so you'd probably have to be coming from the Northwest or something for it to not be an inconvenience, but I doubt anyone past Dekalb is coming to this :/. Of course, if someone can manage to pick me up, I'd pay for teh gas moneyz and any other expenses needed AND throw in a free dinner (Burger King, Wendy's, nothing fancy here folks, but still free!)


I can still come if I take the bus, but I'd be super late. Plus I would rather avoid an expensive 400 minute bus ride

Nah we can go til 6 am and I have no problems with zec and wuwu, as long as I got a good night's sleep the night before. That one time I only had a couple hours in me and was pretty much out of it by 10 pm and as you now know I get pretty cranky when I don't get my sleep.

But yeah I guess I'm fine with holding things at my place every now and then. I'll probably need to buy some sort of light fixture because my apartment has pretty bad lighting.

As for sun glare on the quad we could buy a massive parasol. Or pitch a tent. Or go with my original idea and play under a tree with massive extension cords coming out from the Union. All things I would be too lazy to set up myself. That's more a job for the President anyway. What would this hypothetical RSO be named?
