1) I am being hit when I am obviously standing behind my opponent and they attack forward. 2) I am being hit when I am obviously blocking with a shield that is big enough to block.

These situations occur regularly - very often, actually. Please update.

I’m sorry to burst your bubble but Ultimate is not being updated. Its last update was last year. Nor does the development staff view the boards or, if they do, it’s probably only reception and not ideas. I don’t know about your list of grievances but I never heard of those before.
