Wario top tier?

most people thinkthat he is low tier material
but in the trailer he looked like he was fast and his chopper must be fast also and a good knockback attack

but wariowaft seems like a very powerful falcon punch in a way if you can jump and charge theres some potential

recovery may not be that god but he is seen to take bites out of people and things
so that maybe good damage

what do you think Top Tier or Low Tier?

People are overreacting. I see lots of potential in Wario. We can't even begin to imagine what his Up+B could be, and we don't know how his moves work. His Wario Waft could have the delay of a Falcon Punch, or it could be much quicker (either way, it looks like it's going to hurt). There's nothing about his Bite move that seems bad, and his Bike seems pretty good. Let's not forget that we haven't seen how Wario Man truly works (or what happens when he uses Wario Waft).

It's pointless to speculate how bad Wario is going to be when we really haven't even seen him fight, and with his movepool that's kinda essential to see before judging him.

the dude that played as him at jump festa tried charging it by holding special down too, didn't work

someone mentioned his up B, which apparently is "wario spin" not much detail on it though. supposedly it isn't a big deal.
