What if each character had three Final Smashes each separated into levels similar to Playstation All-Stars?

In Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale, characters have Super Moves which are powerful Special Moves that are basically Final Smashes but are separated into levels from 1 to 3 with the third being the strongest of all. If there were Final Smashes 1 to 3, what ideas would you have for certain characters on the roster?

A lot of the “big laser” final smashes like Mario’s or Inkling’s could work as level 1’s or 2’s

I'd rather that Final Smashes are separated into their own thing while the "super meter" instead becomes its own other thing that instead powers "EX/Super Special" moves. Kinda like the way this upcoming game does it.
