What input to use for SHBAWD

I'm using Y and C-Stick but I haven't been able to get it once.

I generally use the A button for bair. Going all the way down to the c-stick throws off my wavedash after the bair. Still use Y to jump though.

I believe the A button is a frame faster than the C-stick, anyway. I'm not sure how tight of an input SHBAWD is, but extra frames help.

I use tap jump to short hop and the c stick lol

I use X and then the C-Stick. I don't really think the inputs really matter as much though in comparison to the timing. The key to SHBAWD is performing the SHBA portion of the tirck before Doc reaches the highest peak of his SH, so before he hits the floor, the BA portion is done, which then allows the WD.
