Who gets left out of Mario Eight-Player Smash?

The Mario series has nine representatives in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Sadly, that would mean you would have to leave one of them out when you play a Mario-themed match. Which Mario character would you leave out of a Super Mario Eight-Player Smash?

My prefered method of doing a Mario 8-player battle is MK64 roster, with Toad swapped for either Diddy or Daisy.

Diddy's representing the Donkey Kong series, so it would have to be Daisy. This 8-player match has to use only characters with the mushroom icon, so the Mario Kart characters that have their own series in Smash (Donkey Kong, Yoshi and Wario) would have to be left out of this battle.

Okay, so Toad would be replaced with Daisy, so who would fill in for Donkey Kong, Yoshi and Wario?

I said Mario had 9 representatives in Smash and we have to leave one out. If we count the Donkey Kong, Yoshi and Wario series, there would be 14 characters, which means 6 of them would be left out of eight-player Smash. If you picked from the poll, you'll notice those characters are absent.

my memory of when I would play these games. daisy I feel.

she's like. less color-ly appealing. too much on the eyes.

an uhgly looking. say that.

I suppose also she seems meaner than peach appearing. something about her face.

yoshi perhaps is like. standard. and so ignorable I feel for me and others around me. normal character in the games.

I tend to want to play as koopa troopa or baby luigi. or bowser jr.

oh. I was referring to mario party.

Either Dr. Mario or Piranha Plant. Though I'd choose to omit both instead of only one if I had the chance, and substitute the two for Waluigi and Toad.

Luigi
Peach
Daisy
Bowser
Yoshi
Wario
Donkey Kong

If there was a 9th's position, or if I feel like not including one of those, then a Toad Mii gets added.

So that leaves out Doc, Rosalina, Junior, Diddy, and the plant.
