Now, I know little or nothing about PKMN Trainer, but I do want to know why he isn't close to the top? He has a light, medium, and heavy weight character. Surely he has the ability to get a better match up based on what the opponet picks as a character.

Please fill me in some more, I actually want to be good with PKMN Trainer, mostly for that reason.

because two of those characters are below average or BAD. add one fairly good character and you have...an average/below average character.

Wow seriously?

If we would throw together Ganondorf, Zelda and Link who could change with each other, do you think it would make a better character? Haha.

Fatigue also plays a huge factor, TOS. Makes it a lot harder for PT to KO opponents--it's something no other character has to deal with.

I think a better analogy would bee putting Wario, Mario, and Luigi together.

Honestly, yes. It would be better for counter picks anyway.

Fair enough, but the way I see it, is you have your DPS, (Squirtle), Punisher, (Ivy) And Stock Tank, (Charizard). Seems like it would be good for 2v2 atleast.

We do better in 2v2 imo, but most characters do with a partner to cover their weaknesses.

PT sounds great for counterpicking on paper, but in reality there are a lot of character that have advantageous matchups over all three.

plus you can basically force PT's hand and make it a lot easier on yourself just by being as gay as possible

and yea Fatigue makes character gayness multiply for PT

my friend hates fighting my squirtle so whenever he comes out the ball He runs for 2 mins or however long it takes for squirtle to get tired because of me using moves to try to hit him.

also squirtle gets grabbed released by alot of chars so even as amazing as he is...one grab is almost always some guaranteed damage or death if you are playing marth or yoshi

PT has the driving power to be a threat but his real flaw is that he evolves slower than everyone else because he has to train his pokemon evenly. Most PTs don't even have Wartortle yet.

There's no reason to start a flame war here.
