Nintendo has just announced that Xenoblade Chronicles 3, which was originally set to release in September 2022, will now be releasing on July 29th. Now fans of the series can enjoy the third entry more than a full month earlier than originally expected. This news comes alongside a new trailer which you can check out below:

In addition to a better look at the already beautiful game, it appears that 7 of your party members can all fight enemies at the same time. A big step-up from the previous two games which only allowed 3 party members to fight.

Nintendo also tweeted about the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Special Edition SteelBook. This includes an artbook and will be available exclusively on MyNintendo. More details for that will be available when pre-orders are up.

Aside from maybe Insomniac, Monolith Soft has to be be the most efficient game studio in the business. Since 2015, they've released three massive games, a DLC that might as well be its own game, a high quality remake of their first game, and provided assistance to a ton of Nintendo's other games. If this is the end result, Nintendo might want to look into purchasing a few more studios.

why only count from 2015? They’ve been doing all that since before then
Admittedly it is pretty arbitrary, but 2015 was when their first HD game released. HD Development is more difficult and time consuming than non-HD development, so it's impressive that they managed to keep pace. I also forgot they did Xenoblade 3D and Project X Zone 2 in 2015, so add them to the list.
