but if he was a character

Neural B- Goron Roll
Foward B- Sumo Grab (aloows you to do combo slams)
Up B- Goron Jump (another goron apears under him and gives him a boost like in the twilight princess)
Down B- Rock Smash (used like Kirby's down b)

If he was a character:

Neutral b: charge punch (like DK)
Forward b: Goron roll (like a stronger, slower version of Yoshi's)
up, down b: same as yours

I had a full moveset written out for him and the other Majora's Mask characters back during all the pre-release hype. But he's not in the game, too bad. :(
