Overall I enjoyed the stats! Though there are a few things missing:
Sing lasts much longer on people when they're at higher percents. I've gotten a kill with edge hop >sing>rest. Though, it probably isn't reliable.
Jiggly's Rollout move can also be quick-turned if used in the air and holding the opposite direction, which can lead to some good switch ups. (But only when initially Rollingout towards the right for some reason).
Rest is great for punishing those who air dodge a lot, calling a dodge, then punishing right when they get out of it is a quick potential stock.
Those are really just random minor things though. I need to do some more research myself, because my combing is pretty weak with Jiggs as of now! I'll stay posted
