Be prepared for some lifting lingo.
I was doing Deadlifts Tuesday and I strained my back. I knew my back was weak so i took the next day off to see how it felt. It was still weak but I thought I could manage(worse decision of my life so far). I did my core lifts pretty well thursday till I hit a work out called "One Arm Rows", I did 3 reps heard a pop in my back, felt extreme pain, I dropped the weight and had to call my parents to come pick me up because I couldnt drive home lol.
I went to a chiropractor today and he thinks my muscle "grabbed"(he said it was something like a natural body splint) to keep my discs and spine aligned and thats why i had to walk funny and had extreme pain when i used the right side of my back. But hes still not sure whether or not I slipped a disc, apparently it is still a possibility.
