  • Rest in peace, Akira Toriyama. 🙏🐉🕊
Thank you for creating Dragon Ball, and for the rest of your amazing work.

My experience with the Dragon Ball series was pretty fun. The first time I heard of it was when some of my cousins playing a Dragon Ball Z game. I don't remember what game it was. I think it was on the PlayStation 2. I remember I thought Frieza was cool by how if he got defeated, his ship would pick him up and he'd become Mecha Frieza. The first time I watched the anime series was with Dragon Ball Z Kai. Before that, someone gave me a VHS tape copy of Dragon Ball GT: Realization. I thought it was cool, but I had no way to play it. After watching DBZ Kai, I wanted to go back to the beginning of the series with the original Dragon Ball. Then I watched the original Dragon Ball Z. Then Dragon Ball GT. Then, Dragon Ball Super premiered on Adult Swim. I enjoyed it all. The first Dragon Ball game I got was Dragon Ball Z Sagas. Then I played Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and 3. The latest game I have is Kakarot. I am interested on seeing Dragon Ball Daima and playing Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero (Budokai Tenkaichi 4). The franchise was amazing, one of the biggest manga/anime series ever made. Thank you Akira Toriyama for sharing your amazing work with the world. Rest easy in the Other World.
Today, I went back and played my dad's old PlayStation 1. The console and games are still in great condition. It was nice to go back and play some retro games like Tekken 2 and 3. He even has some special demo discs. It's the only PlayStation we have. We mostly have Nintendo and Xbox systems. I have played the PS5 before and played Spider-Man 2 and that game with the robots where you collect different PlayStations. (I currently don't remember the name of the game.) What PlayStation systems do you have? Do you have 'em all?

My dad also had a PS1 but fell out of gaming. After that i wanted an Xbox because thats what our one family friend had & stuck with Xbox after thanks to backwards compatibility & pretty much all my friends at that time also having Xboxs (alongside Nintendo platforms).

Did play a relatives PS3 & a neighbors PSP from time to time when they where current & bought a Vita later on since it would give me access to good entries in most Sony franchises i wanted to try (except Infamous)
The Sonic Generations remaster has been announced: Sonic X Shadow Generations! It's the 3rd version of Generations so far. Shadow the Hedgehog will be playable and have his own new story. Also, Black Doom from Shadow's game is back! I've planned on getting it for the Switch. What are some features you hope to see in the remaster? It would be nice if stages from the 3DS version were somehow included.

Hi, I just got the Autoutlet HDMI adapter for my Wii and tried it out. What do I have to say. It's amazing. The quality, colors, and audio are great. I made the right choice. The only downside is the Wii will always be in 4:3, so you have to manually stretch the screen with your TV. I played Smash Bros. Melee and used Nintendon't to enhance the screen, and everything is so clear! I would recommend buying a Autoutlet.
Hi everyone. Happy New Year. I hope you don't mind if I ask people here about their thoughts, opinions, and knowledge of some game-related stuff I was thinking about purchasing. I would go to other social media sites, but no one ever reply to me.

Anyway, I was thinking about getting an HDMI converter for my Wii. But I want to know what you would say is the best one and why. Some good converters I've heard of are Mayflash, Portholic Wii to HDMI, and the Electron Shepherd. There is the mClassic, but it's pretty expensive. I recently got a new TV. It's a smart TV with video and componet support. I tried the Wii, and the quality was pretty bad. I used the Xbox 360 on video before, and it looked good. I checked the Wii menu on the Wii U, and it looked great. It could be just my TV settings. The Wii's quality is set to 480i, and 480p can't be selected. I know converters only make it so the Wii can play on HDMI, but an upscaler would be nice.

I mostly use my Wii to play GameCube games. I don't know how the converter would effect the game's quality. There's also hardware modifications, but that seems too advanced and risky.

I used a ABLEWE converter and had pretty good experience with it (not for Wii, but an older console; NES I wanna say), so I'd go with that if you're looking for a cheaper option that still works. Dunno about upscaling, though.

A bit of an update: I found an adapter called the Autoutlet. I've seen it in a video that compares HDMI adapters for the Wii with great detail. I just ordered one, and hopefully it's good.
Today, I just found out that some physical copies of Nintendo Switch games will have a "Full Game Download; Game Card Not Included" on the cover. Meaning, if you want to play a certain game on the Switch, you can only download the game, and the physical copy only has a code so you can download it. I was unaware that was a thing. I wanted to play Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 on the Switch and found out that physical copies are game code in the box only. My alternative to playing the game would be on Xbox. I'll probably still get the game for the Switch. Personally, I prefer having physical copies instead of digital. But I don't mind some games if they're only digital.

If anyone played Nick All-Star Brawl 2, how was it?

    Discussion:

The Nintendo Switch has been released since March 3rd, 2017, and it's still going great. It was first unveiled on October 20, 2016, codenamed "NX". There has been some news and rumors about the Switch's successor going around. But it's sort of hard to believe them.

The Switch is a great console, and it still is. Especially since we can play home console games on the go. But comparing it to past Nintendo consoles, it has many upgrades and some downgrades. Some downgrades, I feel, are features removed from the Wii and Wii U, like messaging your friends and easily using an internet browser. You can go on the web with the Switch, but it's a hidden feature. One of the small features I miss is a splash screen for when you start a game or app. I also miss being able to play online for free. But there's probably some good reasons why those weren't part of the Switch.

One big feature I wish would make a comeback is backwards compatibility. The GameCube can play Game Boy games, the Wii can play GameCube games, and the Wii U can play Wii games with a partially complete and enhanced Wii menu. Also, the Game Boy Advance can play the original Game Boy and Game Boy Color games; the original DS and DS Lite can play Game Boy Advance games; and the 3DS can play DS games. But the Switch doesn't really have backwards compatibility; instead, it has remastered versions of some games from the past. I hope the next Nintendo system will make it possible to play every game all the way back to the Game Boy and GameCube with complete features and enhanced gameplay. But I don't mind if we have to go back and play on our old consoles. I sometimes still play my Wii, Wii U, GBA, and DS.

What are some features you wish the future Nintendo console(s) would have and bring back? Do you also still play games from the past? No ROMs and unofficial emulators!
Look what I got in the mail. Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3! If you've followed me on social media, you know that I collect many games. I even posted pictures of all of my games at the time on Twitter.

Pokémon XD seems like a rare and valuable game to get. The American game costs over $100, the Japanese game costs around $60, and an unopened game costs over $1000. It's my first time playing it. I know I could just download a ROM and play it for free, but I prefer playing a physical and legitimate copy.

Anyone want to recommend what game I should get next? I'm mostly searching for games for the Game Boy, GBA, GameCube, Wii, DS, and 3DS.

Since "Tears of the Kingdom" is almost out, what are some of your favorite Zelda games? I haven't played much of the series, but I liked Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask (haven't completed it yet), and Minish Cap. I have Twilight Princess for the Wii, but my copy is sort of unplayable. I also have Wind Waker HD and the original Hyrule Warriors, but I haven't completed them yet.
As many of you may already know, the Nintendo eShop for the 3DS and Wii U are going to be shut down on March 27. Sadly, some games and content would be gone forever, like Pokémon Rumble U and others. What are some games you've played for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U? Also, what are some game you've bought from the Wii Shop Channel?
On this day in 2008, Super Smash Bros. Brawl was released in Japan! Playing some Classic Mode to celebrate. Come check it out.

I'm thinking about getting an HDMI adapter for my Wii. Nowadays, I mostly use my Wii to play GameCube games and some other games, apps, and channels. I've seen some YouTube videos that show off some adapters and how good or bad they are. Does anyone have an adapter for their Wii? If so, which one do you have and what would you say is the best for its quality?
What are some of your favorite video game mods or ROM hacks? It can be anything like fixes, graphics, difficulty, or completely revamping the entire game.
    (Repost from my channel.)
As some of you probably noticed, July 7 will mark 10 years of my current YouTube channel! Time has really gone by pretty quickly, huh? I really don't know what to do to celebrate it. I wanted to do a Q & A special, but I haven't received enough to make a video on it. Maybe I can get a lot of questions before that day, right? So far, I only have 2 questions right now. So if you have any questions about me, the channel, or anything else.

Seriously though, everyone, thank you for all the support over the years. Seeing that 2,900 have subscribed to the channel makes me really happy, and people really like my work. Sure, it may seem pretty small, but it's pretty slow progress to be hugely recognized, to a million views and subscribers, and to be verified. But I'm happy with what I managed to get. If anyone would share my content with others who would be interested, that would be great!

Follow me on Twitter, Instagram, and any of my other social media accounts for news, updates, discussions, or random stuff. I pretty much have more tweets and posts than how many followers I have. I hope to see you there! And again, ask me anything and I will answer them in a special video. I will answer 1 question per account. Take care, everyone! 👍 (My first channel was created on June 18.)

    Yes! I feel so accomplished...!
But seriously, Ultimate's All-Star mode is pretty difficult for me! Especially since there are no healing items. My highest record is 52. Does anyone have any useful strategies or advice to help me survive and win? I mainly play as Pikachu.

New Pokémon games revealed! Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. The Grass starter Sprigatito, the Fire starter Fuecoco, and the Water starter Quaxly. Pretty unique designs if you ask me. Fuecoco looks like an apple slice to me.

I finally started playing Pokémon Legends: Arceus, and I'm really enjoying it so far. I begin the game as Akari, who falls from the sky and lands in the Hisui region. The gameplay is really fun, and, of course, some wild Pokémon will attack you. Also, I drowned in the water twice... Does that count as blacking out? Also, did I just find a shiny Luxio?!? I just started playing and I already found a shiny Pokémon!✨

From what I've gathered drowning doesn't count as a blackout because you just get placed back on the shore. I find the opening to be one of the weaker parts (How we got there. I was hoping we'd be part of the world already and not anime protags sucked in from another universe but...eh. It's not a deal breaker but felt weird. Would be nice the other way around so our character would be properly invested in the fate of Hisui and such but what can you do?).

I'm over 40 hours in and the game keeps being super enjoyable.

    Congrats on the Shiny Luxio
Does anyone else plan on getting any games for any consoles from the past? I've been looking for games for the Game Boy (original, Color, and Advance), DS, GameCube, etc.
    No emulators!

Also, has anyone got the NES Classic Edition or SNES Classic Edition? What do you think about the Classic Edition consoles and what classic systems do you wish could be made mini? Maybe the Nintendo 64?

Honestly, actually buying Gamecube games is not worth the time and effort as most of the good ones have risen in price significantly over the years.

And if your buying GBA games you are obligated to buy a copy of Namco museum, every GBA collection ive ever seen has at least one copy of that game.
The year 2021 has been rough. Sadly, we just lost a famous celebrity today, and worse, it was two weeks before her 100th birthday. Life can be really unfair, and we all have to be prepared for it. Let us all hope that the year 2022 and the years ahead will be better. I hope that there will be no pain, suffering, or crime. I really hope that everyone can live in peace without any worry or any danger. So far, this decade isn't looking so good. Do everything you can to keep yourself, those around you, and possibly the entire world, safe. Please end the hate, violence, abuse, and stupid trends that make you do dumb stuff and put innocent people around you in danger.

On a lighter note, what did you think about 2021, and what are some new or old games you got this year?
