  • What games from the past do you wish could get a remake, remaster, or port for the newer consoles?
When you're buying a game for the Switch, Xbox, or PlayStation, do you get a physical or digital copy of the game? I always thought the physical copy would be the best since it would use less data on the console, right? Playing a digital copy would use more data and memory. I could be wrong.

For Xbox (and I think Playstation), getting any game downloads the game anyways.
On Switch, I think most physical games don't take up any space outside of updates and DLC.

Then there are games only available in one format or another.

The main advantage of physical is in case a game gets delisted from a digital storefront then it remains in your collection.

Depends on the game. Multiplayer games I usually get physically to use on other Switches if need be. Single players, I usually get digital. I always invest in a fat SD card, so memory is less an issue.
Does anyone remember these classic Pokémon games? Like the games where you adventure around the Orange Islands as Ash Ketchum in Pokémon Naranja and Arcoiris Versions. Or what about ShinyGold Version, a remake of Pokémon Gold. Oh wait, those are bootleg games.
But really guys, does anyone have an actual copy of those games? If so, lucky you. I guess. Or maybe you played the ROM hacks before?
Since Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are coming soon, I thought it would be fun to adventure through Sinnoh again. But this time, in Pokémon Platinum Version! If you're interested, come check out the first episode of the new series on my channel. Here is my complete walkthrough of the original game.
Happy Halloween, creatures! (Name a scary movie, game, series, or a creepypasta!)

How I spent my Halloween, I just kicked back making a YouTube video (stay tuned) and watched the Amazing Spider-Man on Cartoon Network. I really enjoyed it. Oh, I also ate a box of Nerds.

So some Nintendo 64 games are now playable on Nintendo Switch. But apparently, the graphics and performance of the games aren't so great.
Here is a comparison between the original N64, Wii, and Switch. I think the quality was also downgraded for the Wii U.

Since it's October, how about a creepy topic?
What has been the scariest moment(s) in your real life? Or...

What would you do if you awoke on a dark and rainy day to find the entire town/city deserted? Then, in the distance, you hear a huge beast roaring and people screaming. And you get the uneasy sense that you're being followed by a man you don't want to meet in person. Plus, after 3 to 7 days, the moon or an asteroid will collide with the earth, leaving you with a little chance of survival!

I know it sounds a bit much, but what would do in that situation?

Some guys broke into my house while my parents and I were gone for a day, and when I woke up one morning, I noticed a face in my bedroom window looking at me while I slept. I was so terrified that I dashed to my parent's bed. I was in a bedroom when a light bulb unexpectedly exploded, almost hitting me.
Random Question: What has been the hardest and most challenging game you have ever played? A game so hard that you want to scream or punch something. It can be on the highest difficulty or a game that is pretty average and then the difficulty just skyrocketed.
Well, tomorrow is the day where the 82nd and Final Smash Bros. Ultimate fighter will be revealed! Quickly, guess who it will be, and the person who is correct will get something cool.

What if live-action Nickelodeon characters would appear in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl?
But really, who do you wish to be a playable character in the game? (SpongeBob will probably be my main.)

If anyone is interested, come check out my latest Pokémon Brown video where I battle against the league champion! The video premieres today at 5:30 PM.
Well, the Nintendo Direct presentation is over. What were some games and content that caught your attention?
Me, just the Smash Bros. Ultimate news and Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Oh, and kinda the Nintendo 64 and Sega Genesis games are coming soon. Honestly, I'm fine with playing with some of my N64 games on my Wii.
It's National Video Games Day! Name some or all gaming consoles and games you have.
I have Wii, Wii U, Switch, Game Boy Advance, DS (Original and Lite (Doesn't work anymore.)), 3DS XL, original Xbox, Xbox 360, and a PlayStation 1 (It's my dad's.).

I got a Wii, Wii U, Switch, PS2, PS3, and PS4. As for games, I got Tekken (love to practice combos), Smash (except for the original which I have not played in 20 years now), Mario Party, Mario Kart, and SoulCalibur (creating characters and habitally picking on Setsuka and Alpha Patroklos 'cause I hate them both but I digress). :lucina:

I used to have a DSi, which was the first console I ever owned. My mother gave it to me for Christmas when I was 6 years old, with Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing specifically, and I kept it until last year when it was stolen. To this day I'm incredibly annoyed and slightly saddened, but I do still try and emulate DS games when I need a fix.

Speaking of, SASASR on the DS was always incredibly impressive to me from a technical standpoint, like, especially given how much content it managed to keep from console versions.
In case you didn't know, I've been working on a Brawl mod for a while. Here is a picture of the Character Select Screen from my mod. Sorry for the camera quality. It will feature elements from Brawl Minus and Project M/Legacy TE/Project +, and it will not be a complete Melee-style gameplay. What are some codes, features, and quality of life fixes do you recommend me to include? Also, I don't want the mod to be too popular if you know what I mean.
The past 7 days were the first time I've ever played online in Smash Bros. Ultimate. It was really fun battling against my friends and people from around the world. Does anyone else have really bad input lag on the controller? It's really annoying that I sometimes kill myself whenever my controls don't respond correctly.
    (By the way, I'm "64SM3DS".)
If anyone is interested, come check out my Pokémon Emerald series. I've done a ton of stuff like catching all mythical and legendary Pokémon (Including #151) and I even took on the Frontier Brains! I had a lot of fun battling them and I hope you would enjoy watching them.

In case you didn't hear the news, the new Nintendo Switch system has been announced! It is called the Nintendo Switch (OLED Model) and of course, it features many enhancements from the original system. Hopefully, they fixed the Joy-Con drift problem. What do you think about the OLED model?

It's pretty interesting that Nintendo is sticking with the Switch and not making a completely new system for next-gen. Like if you own old games from the GameCube, Wii, or other systems, you could play them on the latest system in enhanced quality.
Happy Father's Day to all the dads in the world! Who is your favorite father character in video games or other media?
I was thinking that Microsoft and Sony entered the next-gen consoles with the release of Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 while Nintendo is behind with the Switch. Someday when the Nintendo Switch Pro or a new console is announced what are some features you wish the future Nintendo console would have?

Here are some features that I hope for: extreme HD resolution, high FPS, backward compatibility to play games from the GameCube era to the present, and inherit many features from past consoles.
It's Teacher Appreciation Week and thank you to all the teachers who help give us knowledge. Anyways, here is a random question, who is your favorite teacher in video games or other media?
The long-awaited sequel to the 1999 game Pokémon Snap is finally out, New Pokémon Snap! If anyone is interested, come check out my conclusion to the original game.
Random Question: What was your favorite era of video games? NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, GameCube, Wii, Wii U/Switch. It can be from any consoles including non-Nintendo consoles like Xbox and PlayStation. I've made a poll on Twitter and N64 came in 1st with 57.1% votes and GameCube, Wii, and Wii U/Switch came in 2nd with 14.3% votes.
When you're playing Pokémon, what are some challenges you try to make the game more challenging?
Here is a suggestion: set Battle Style to Set, do not use any repels and battle every wild Pokémon you encounter, and do not evolve or fully evolve your Pokémon. Give it a try.

As an aside, I also love doing randomizer runs which can REALLY make runs insane. Sometimes incredibly difficult or somewhat easier depending on RNJesus.

Randomizers are some real fun. I especially love finding Pokemon I've used prior and naming them after their former counterparts.

I've found about 4 versions of the same May the Manaphy.

My challenge is simply trying to complete a living dex one gen at a time.

It's going well enough so far...I've got everything in Gen 1 besides the Trade Evolutions.
Does anyone remember the Sephiroth Challenge in Smash Bros. Ultimate? How did you in the challenge?

The fastest possible is Hero's Whack, but I didn't have the patience with that much RNG, so I did the Mii Brawler strat.

Since New Pokémon Snap is coming soon, I thought it would be fun to play the original Nintendo 64 Pokémon Snap. Come check it out if you want to.
Happy #PokemonDay everyone! It's been 25 years and Let's GO on Forever!
What was your first Pokémon game?

I actually started with red on 3ds virtual console, back when it first became available. My mom never let me play Pokemon for a very long time (ya don't want kids believing in EVOLUTION now, do ya?) so I never actually got to experience it until then, and I thought it would be best to start from the beginning.

Unfortunately I got bored with it and didn't return to it for a few years, resulting in my current position today where I am trying to fill out the Pokedex on Pokemon Home, one game at a time. And I'm still only on Red.

My first Pokémon (And probably first Nintendo game.) was LeafGreen. Watching the anime inspired me to play the games. It's a good game for beginners because of the help menu and other stuff. Also, it was the first game that I caught my first shiny Pokémon. I caught a shiny Venonat in the Safari Zone and that was before I even knew what a shiny Pokémon was and how rare they are. Fun times.
Sinnoh remakes confirmed! Enter Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl!
(Incase anyone haven't yet, come check out my Pokémon Diamond and Pearl series)
