    I shut everything off, and it was still laggy...

    I apologize for the bad connection. I have no idea what's causing it. I have a wired connection, and have a green connection with most of the people on the East Coast.

    get off of anything online you don't need ATM, facebook, aim, netflix, other systems being online, ect. because right now you connection in not playable
