Level1s and your sister, that's how you practice, but try not to get into bad habits. And you don't even have to practice for that long, just 5-10 minutes, take a break for an hour, practice again. If your sis is playing, try to make her look stupid, don't try to win. But don't kill yourself either, just figure out what works and what doesn't brobro.
