Luigi can use sliding smashes out of a walk, which really helps with his range problems. Luigi's DACUS and charged Hyphen Smash cover the same distance. His D-Smash can stage-spike if the opponent doesn't sweet-spot the edge and is at the proper height.

The timing is really strict for Wario, but it can be done. Chaingrab or no, it's still not the best choice to get into grab range with Bowser anyway. Just like you can essentially grab one of his stocks away he can do the same with his grab release shennanigans and whatnot.

If you're fast enough with the pivot buffering and such, it's just as effective on Bowser as it is on the other CG-able characters. But of course, the Bowser would be mashing Up-B to get away from you. I believe it's good on Bowser 'til the mid 100 percentages.

Well, I didn't include Jabs 2/3 since you need to do Jab 1. But if we do decide to encompass them, then yes, Jab 3 does have the longest range. As far as Ftilt is concerned, I forgot to test out the Upward/Downward directions. I'll get on it.

Just some extra knowledge: Luigi's longest ranged ground moves are his Jab and Downward FSmash (They're equal). Also, it seems as though there is a very slight disjointedness in his DSmash and Normal FSmash. I was using Gooey Bombs to test this info out, and was able to destroy them without...

Although rarely used, the third jab is good for some spacing. Plus it's good to toss in a few third jabs (not to many mind you) to keep your opponent guessing. The FTilt has minimal windup/ending lag, though it does still exist so be careful. Hmmm.... I can't think of much else to add...
