So a while ago I thought of another superhero (of sorts) that would occupy the same world as The Keeper and I'm really diggin' it.
The man's power would be to absorb negative emotions/auras and metabolize them. He would eventually end up finding ways to deepen his well of positivity from which to draw, probably by becoming a buddhist, and meditation and **** like that. I haven't decided if he'd become a hostage negotiator or what, I just really dig the concept. I've also considered the idea of him being an immortal due to his ability to process harm like a carbohydrate, which could include the deterioration of his body with age. Either way he'd probably spend a lot of his life thinking he is merely very good with words before he really taps into the heart of things.
The character's moniker would be "Goodwill". I had a real name, but I forgot it uuuugh.
And, yes, I was super, super high when I thought of this. I was also at work, so the idea of this ability came to mind because of how useful it would have been for my occupation, and I promptly started thinking about its general implications.
