I honestly haven't done that much work with it; I just dumped a bunch of stats and then life ate all my time. I think Mewtwo could conceivably be tourney-legal at some point for B+ tourneys, but it'll take some convincing. Why would Mewtwo deserve his own character board if nobody else has boards, though?
I'm not sure what I'll be able to do right now (I have time to make forum posts, obviously, but serious work is still a bit off), but I'll assist with what I can if you start a site.
