I'm teaching myself how to di by going to training mode, putting the cpu on Snake. Give the cpu a lot of damage like 148%. I put the cpu on control. I go to the bottom right corner of final destination, blow myself up, and di to upper left corner. (This is assuming I won't be able to tech) Amazingly, after 1 15 minute session I feel like i'm learning to di better. If I di well enough I should be able to live. (:

I would like to play a little game. I don't remember your age or what you look like Nilik. I'm going to guess your age and you guess mine. I think you are 14 and your brother is 16. I probably won't be able to get back on the computer untill like seven between hw and dinner.
I use the default for MK and Gaw. I c-stick aerials like everyone else too. What control setup do you use? You got out of school early. My school doesn't get out untill 3:18 and i'm not usually home untill 3:37 or something. I'm thinking of quitting GaW. Mine is so rusty. I miss the edge with my up b and I forget to di before I Bucket Brake. :embarrass
i use c-stick to use smash attacks. and air attacks. its much easier that way imo.
I don't play melee competively. Can't get the jist of the fundamentals like wd and lc.
For the longest time I was probably the only Snake who used the default controls. Not anymore. I changed c stick to tilts. It's so much easier to up-tilt but I have trouble forward tilting with the c-stick so I use a and side. It was a smooth transition that doesn't hurt my game and doesn't effect dacus or anything. The only problem is that if I want to play my Mk I have to switch it back to smashes. I need my DS. I rarely if ever c-stick a smash attack with Snake so it doesn't matter much.
I might enter melee tourneys. when i get better at it xD
I said down throw. I meant forward throw. Also the melee vids are great on this sight. I watch vids several times a week.
not sure. i think its possible to get out. but I've seen most people not get out of it.
Is kirby's downthrow to to up air at low percentages guaranteed? I've seen chu do it on people and no one can seem to get out.

Decided i'm going to go to the Gaithersburg tourny. Anyways, I like Kirby. He's a cool character. I don't play him though, for serious matches anyways.
not sure if i can go to v9. I'll see if i can. and what i mean by best kirby is that i am trying to get top kirby.
Are you going to V9 in Gaithersburg MA? I'm not sure if i'm going to go. If you are we could team. I'd have to talk to my parents about it and get more information. I would like to practice against you before I go but I also have school mon-fri.

well, Snack attack asked me to team at c3, so we might have to at another tourney. but if snak can't go we will team. is that fine? also wifi connection is sorta random. it turns good then bad. depends on who you play.

I have to work on my di and to power shield. My brother is officially obsessed with wifi. I added Sanoscy to my friends list. No one has posted on his visitor messages in like 2.5 months.
Do you do quarter circle? Like aim the c-stick up and the control stick to the stage? I have to read the di guide again.
my DI is pretty good. not really all that great though xD.

There are lots of Kirbys in Maryland and VA. You fit right in. Once I receive your/Sanoscy's friend code we can play some matches. We can schedule a time, like next weekend or something to play a few matches.
I have a younger brother (much younger he's in elementry school.) He's not nearly as good as me and I always two or three stock his marth. He says he may want to play some matches. Right now i'm trying to get him to do more fairs and nairs, not always dash attack, and work on his di. He goes in different gaming periods on Brawl. He goes for months without playing sometimes and other times becomes almost as interested as I am in Brawl.
How good is your di Nilik? I feel bad because i'm trying to teach my brother how to di even though my di isn't that great. I read the guide on di but i'm still having trouble with it. I die from attacks that wouldn't have killed Ally untill 40% later.
There's only one nintendo wii. abd he is the one who adds people since it is his. and at your first tourney you did great! hat is really good and you were owning! anyways i forgot to pre-reg for pound T_T ... so i can't go. and hope to see you at c3! :]
You don't have your own brother's friend code rofl. Yeah I know he plays offline too. I just remembered like this December of 08 ladder thing on AllisBrawl and he played Ally. I think he lost. ):
Are you going to pound 4? I'm not. Your brother is also 13th on the Northern Virginia powerankings. Hat has moved up, he's 8th. I almost beat him in my first tourny 5 months ago and now he's that high. Ironically, Korn is below him and he was the one who gave me the most trouble. I want to practice before the January 31st C3 in Ashburn. I hope you can go. (: -
