    Lord RDK's definately active; he mainly posts in areas like the Debate Hall and atheist social group.

    I recently went on vacation, but the day before, I went to the gym.
    I did a 20-minute elliptical (SP?) run, a 10-minute bike ride (in which I kept the RPM's above 100 throughout the ride), and then I ran/power-walked 1 1/2 miles. It felt good!
    I'm been eating a metric ton of grapefruit lately, since it contains excess amounts of some kind of "fat burning enzyme". I like the texture too, so that's good.
    Hopefully I can get to the gym more, thanks for checking up on me :D
