Well, I think it's harder to DI out of if you hit the opponent the moment you start the Angel Ring. So, I'm pretty sure it is hard to DI out of. But I can't be sure, since it's next to impossible to do in Wi-Fi -_-...
Well, when trying to get back onto the stage, I either recover high or low, depending on the direction I was luanched. If I go low, I usually fly under the stage. I usually like to mindgame them into thinking I'm going to the other side. Once they rush to the other side, I go back to the other ledge. This also works well on fast characters like Fox. When I'm recovering high, I have to be careful for MK's Uair if they start spamming it. Also, be careful if MK tries to use his Up B you while you're recovering high. The peak of MK's Up B launches you upwards. So if you are very high high up, be careful of that move. Try to cancel your WoI when you are safely over the stage.
