Hey Remzi, no problem whatsoever ......I love having a nice little debate with another intelligent person whether they agree or disagree with my opinion. You seem to be a little more educated on the matter than me, so i'm not going to attempt to put up a big debate or anything.....but you should read this article:

Both sides are really to blame and there is no wonder why these two nations have been at war for generations. You say that the Palestinians had the land for thousands of years, but if you place any merit in the Biblical timeline(i'm pretty sure you don't even though it is consistent with written records), you find that Israel had the land far before Palestine ever did. The Palestinians have done nothing but harass the Israelis since then. You can't honestly act like Israel is the complete aggressor here and that the Palestinians are innocent bystanders, the article touches on Yasser Arafat and his regime and the man was nothing short of a terrorist.

Civilian casaulties are a part of war. It may not be right and sometimes nations don't even attempt to avoid them....but they are still a part of war. The United States is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Japanese civilians, but guess what?.......we were just protecting ourselves which is exactly what the Israelis are doing.
