I had to think long and hard about Wario I decided in the end it probably only just slips into Peachs advantage, I would still say whoever plays better will win, its just has Peach has more to work with (turnips Bair and grab release Up Smash in the offchance Wario gets accidently grabbed)

I think I've done ok, all of what we've said in that thread is very similar to each other. I've done my best to put in what I think Peach is capable of and how much I can base on Wi Fi (hence my disclaimer at the bottom of my post)

Hmmm...erm I can't really think of anything in paticular, you use so many people its hard to keep track of who you main xD

I would say your Wario is really good, better than your Lucario (I just really need to get the hang of the match up and learn where to DI for his hits) but thats probably because you've used Wario for longer

I honestly don't know what you can improve on. Both of us are pretty much at a stalemate, heck we even stood completely still at some points because we didn't want to approach each other at all xD

On thing I can say is that you're so much better than you used to be, you've improved vastly from when we first used to play each other

But yea, I honestly can't think of anything you can improve on, I don't know enough about the characters you play and tbh, I can't see any noticable bad habits you have anymore. Considering we use our mains, we're pretty much equal all the time in our games, occasionally where one of us does a lot better than the other but stuff like that happens all the time anyway with good players

Oh yea I know you have lag as well, I can see you crashing into things as well...I just really have a gripe against wi fi, don't be surprised if I complain about it a lot xD

Yea her lagless moves are nice but they require a lot of precision and patience so they aren't punished...and I have a bad habit sometimes of getting very frustrated not being able to kill and throw all that out the window I played against Yaaaay the other day, Peach dittos suck xD Some of her stuff is very irritating to punish indeed

Lol sorry about choosing FD a lot during those matches, its a habit of mine and its probably my favourite stage xD In return, I would ban Yoshi's Island (and Lylat Cruise if Counterpicks were on). I hate both of those stages The slanted edges really mess up Peach's already rubbish getting back on the stage ability and the uneven ground means I can't ground float there. Lol one of our games lasted 7 mins on YS xD

Have you got any advice for me btw? I'm constantly trying to improve my Peach and I was wondering what you think (since we play each other all the time). I've been looking into a secondary/better character but...well the trouble is that I'm so bad with everyone but Peach xD I was just wondering if you think there was anything I could work on. No one really criticises me much since I don't have any vids

I'm not sure how to improve, I'm starting to not enjoy Brawl as much anymore since...well there isn't really anymore to learn with Peach apart from the non B Stick version of the Turnip free pull (which would be impossible to do on wi fi anyway). I feel I've exhausted almost everything she can do

GG's, I felt I played a bit sloppy in some of those matches. Some of my inputs were all over the place, I think I'm trying to do them as though we're offline. Urgh Peach vs Wario is such a tedious match up lol

I really wish I could kill better :/ the longer it takes for me to kill you, the easier it is for me to either collide straight into something or get gimped. You always seem to live to very high percents, even if I hit you with something that is pretty fresh like a Bair. It's very very frustrating combined with the input lag which I don't like already and I can really lose my patience when my opponent doesn't die...which isn't good since I can get punished harshly sometimes :/

Omg my Wii just turned itself off....as in, the power button has gone and it won't turn back on, unplugging and replugging it isn't working...

Maybe it's overheated, it feels pretty warm anyway. I'll give it a while to cool down I was hoping to fit some more games in :/

Yea I felt I did better today and I wouldn't worry about Turnips and Fair, I feel the same with your Aura Sphere and F Smash xD

Lucario is...really tricky. I'm so used to being able to Float, drop down with a Fair and jab against characters but Lucario destorys that with a Spaced F Smash...that was the mistake I was making last time, I was always landing infront of you and your F Smash. The match is basically me trying to punish everything you do either with Floating, Fair/Dair spacing or using Turnips to hit you during landing frames

It really is quite tricky...especially when I've hit you with Fair for the 50 millionth time and you STILL WON'T DIE I'm generally pleased with my surviveability since I often live up to around 130-160% before a move kills me which is good for such a light character like Peach but...gaaah it's so tedious when I've hit you at 180% ish and you're still alive

I think I should sometimes play Snake on training mode and F Smash people just to know what it feels like to kill people early

You were Dairing right through my Up + B cause the range of you Dair hit me before the Parasol hitbox came out. That was pretty amazing...and horribly scary at the same time

yea I like the old game TAS as well. Some of the stuff they do on them is insane, a lot of the Sonic ones glitch up when looking up and down allowing you skip massive parts of the level xD

And I still don't like Wi Fi...but I hate losing even more xD If I don't succeed at something, I like very much to try again, and improve and see where I'm going wrong. Learning from my mistakes helps me get better

ARRRGGGHHHH I'm so sorry I completely forgot it was Wednesday today and I'm busy after 7 on a Wednesday...lol I suddenly looked at the time and though 'Ack it's Wednesday!' so I literally had to taunt to tell you I was going, switch off the Wii, grab my stuff and run for the train

I was working on my spacing a while before we had our matches...I'm glad you think I've improved I just need to pull away and make more use of my Floating so I don't underspace and end up landing into Lucario's F Smash. I still think Im playing too agressive with Peach, some of m attacks seem a bit predictable and reckless

Hopefully we can have some more games, tomrrow since we only managed about 3 in today

Ahh my old controller started acting funny, my C Stick and Control Stick weren't working properly for a while. Good to hear you got a new one

And yea I hate his F Smash it's hitbox is massive and getting the exact right Floating height is really difficult online. So many inputs are needed for stuff like that :/

I just can't seem to do anything right. I get countered for everything I do. I get grabbed all the time, I get hit by random stuff, heck you even ran straight at me sometimes and grabbed me and there didn't seem to be anything i could do

I wish I could see where I'm going wrong but nothing seems to be working anymore

GG's and your Sonic didn't scare me I had to go I was a bit tired of attempting to Fair you with you running all about the place. Spacing with Peach sucks on Wi Fi shes easy to grab since precision is all over the place

Eh, I was ducking Falco's lasers because I didn't have a lot of other choice If we were playing without lag, I'd be powersheilding them and generally be playing more careful/mixing it up rather than running about the place and spamming desperate Fairs for KO'ing

Urgh Lucario was very very annoying indeed. I ran into so many Aura Spheres and F Smashes >< I wish I could powersheild online and Turnip slide

I wish I took risks and tried to run in and sheild grab your aerails :/ I chicken out and get scared I won't sheild in time because of input lag and the characters you use (Wario, DeDeDe etc.) all have dangerous aerials which kill

I find it quite easy to be agressive in friendlies since I like to get as many games in as possible and I'm not trying to run out the timer. If you want to try that out then let me know since you've got a timer on these days but I don't like being massivly campy with Peach and the most I'll do is go Turnip crazy if I'm losing badly. I should try it out some time though, defneisve Turnip and aerial use and stutter step F Smashes are fun

Yea sorry about that. I've been trying to play a bit more defensivly/bait and punish style lately since against characters like Wario, going agressive doesn't really work

Mmm when was the dash grab? Peach does slide quite a bit when she dash grabs but I don't remember anything like a snake grab :O

Lol, yeah, Peach vs Wario is a long but fun match. You were the first Wario for me to fight though. But I already like fighting him, he seems fun ;p

I can stand my own at FFA. Team battles? I've only done two of them with good players. I sucked ;p Peach is one of the better characters in Team Battle, so it's me, but yeah, I still need to learn a lot for Team Battles. I like them.

Favorite stages... I don't dislike any, I like them all xD But my very favorite ones are Brinstar, Pokemon Stadium 1, Frigate Orpheon and Castle Siege.

You play like... half of the cast xD. I only main Peach. And she's the only one I'm a little bit decent with. I suck with Zelda and Sheik xD.

Lol I fail with other characters...Olimar is so silly online, you can spam long range grabs and high powered smashes all day long

Hit and miss again with Wario, sometimes I win sometimes I don't. It's really dificult spacing and avoiding all those long lasting moves. I need to use Up Tilt and F Tilt more often, I just let you get all over me sometimes

I'm starting to notice input lag more and more these days now I don't play Wi Fi as much I'm kind of hoping to get back into playing Wi Fi, just not as seriously since it'd be nice to have peopel to play all the time


Nah I don't play SF4 sorry, I'm not much of a fan of those kind of fighters. Most of my time has been spent playing on this MMORPG called Dofus...I don't suppose you've heard of it?

Meh not in Brawl but yea in Wi Fi. It just changes too many things for my liking. Do I win because I won or did the lag just mess the other person over too much? Did I lose because I was playing wrong or did lag prevent me from approaching the opponent correctly?

It's stuff like that which annoys me and just saps all the fun out of Wi Fi

I'm debating on whether I should use another character for Wi Fi apart from Peach. Sometimes it's really not enjoyable with her, getting around aerial camping for her is hard enough for her without input lag interfering (lol I think after not playing online for about a month, I'm actually noticing how horrible it is ) and my edgeguarding is absolutely appauling online, I end up pushing myself off the edge everytime I try to hug/grab it (I think I killed myself in that game vs Bowser) or not taking the risk to try and gimp you cause I'm scared I'll lag down to my doom

Maybe Snake would be a good idea cause then all I'd have to do is spam Tilts xD Or Ike, jabs and F Smash all the way I always say this and still end up using Peach though >< I'm too loyal to her

But I thought I did pretty well in some of my matches even if I did get very impatient and approach you all the time. Hopefully I can Brawl a bit more frequently now I'm back
