I'd trade Ike's counter for it. Ike can play defensively without his counter and it seems like they added it for the Roy fans of Melee (even though Ike's counter isn't as good as Roy's was in terms of knockback and damage.) Either way, Ike is awesome. :chuckle:

Well, either one would be very different from Melee since Brawl is incredibly different in and of itself. If you want to have a character more like Roy in Melee terms, then use Link since he's faster than Ike. Ike is wicked slow, but he's also wicked strong. Personally, I like Ike a lot...

CPUs also fight a lot differently than human players. They seem to have the "Capcom AI" thing going on where they simply read into your button presses (well, at least with Marth) and counter accordingly. Once I figured out how to fight the CPUs in the new game, they're pretty easy to dispatch...

Thanks for the reply. He uses mainly Pokemon Trainer and sometimes Wolf. I also fought a few Snakes and tooled them all pretty easily.
