i played all day today and didn't get it at all

my xbox keeps freezing, E71 is the code it says. I can play it for a short time and it only seems to freeze when I'm actually playing a game on occasion, it hasn't froze when I'm on a main menu or anything just on occasion when i'm playing

How often should I be shining OoS? I find myself doing it a lot on Peaches trying to Pillar, but other than that, I see grabbing as the superior punishing option in most matchups.
