You can also try: forward + A for the dash and up + A for the mortar. I tried that alot and i can now do it without contact. Also going into training mode and setting the speed slower helps to get the frames right.

My best and favorite snake kill would be from an online game with my friends. We were playing at Yoshi's Island(melee) and my friend and i were left. I got ko'd and then there was a soccer ball below me, i drop a c4, detonate and won the match as my opponent jumped right into the ball. good...

I'm having the same problem with the non-contact snakedash. But i found that the technique using the cdown and z up was kinda hard for me. So i will try the cstick any direction and then flick it up method. I mostly use: dash, hit opponent and then c up upon hitting them. But yeah if anyone...

I of course will main Zelda due to me liking her alot in Melee. I only use the black outfit as it fits my name and looks great. Im glad she's a bit better in Brawl.
