that is suppose to represent that those two are in a way part of the girl who wanders the skies right? and since the wings are the bane of their happiness, the feathers going away represent finding peace and happiness within themselves, right?


then Feudal JP arc that explains the origins of the curses and why Yukito's bloodline was so nomadic to begin with

so then Yukito becomes the crow named Sora, and wishes to save Misuzu as his wish

in the end connecting with Haruko made Misuzu happy, but she dies... this is where i'm confused

because Sora says he must seek out a winged girl (again) and stop the sad dreams

the fact that he's flying symbolizes that Misuzu died happy

however:

1. The will of Yukito's family was never met (since Sora flies on)
2. Yukito's wish is ignored?
3. wtf is with that kid in the end cursing misuzu and yukito, and what is his importance to the story (despite the fact that his union with his friend/sister is also the air logo)

the only conclusion i could make was that haruko said it was the beginning but misuzu said it was the goal (end) and so when it flashbacked to the kid saying to see what's beyond the shoreline, that would be the outcome where misuzu lives
