Hey DD, if you have any questions about WPI you can send me IM (Gamewiz442), hopefully I'd be able to answer em being that I'm a senior now, hah. I don't know much about majors other than ME/Aero though, but I can ask people about em.

It's possible I could house a couple people the weekend of that Brawl tourney (or at least find other housing for people) if you wanna come up. It looks like it's gonna be pretty limited though... I dunno what the deal is, just says "first 256 people in attendance" or something like that. I know I'm going though! Woo.

The "Brawl Tourney" is an official Nintendo Event, where winners of the regional tournaments will be given advanced copies of Brawl, as well as a chance to compete for a Super Special Awesome Wii and a home theatre system in New York or something the night before launch.

Its on Nintendo's site, I lost the link, but I'm sure its back a few pages.

Budai- =D I'll probably be headed in there for the game design stuff, and I'd love to stay over and take a look around and coincidently happen to attend a Brawl Tournament while I'm there.

Allow me to reintroduce myself. Been busy with school and ****, and I recently lost my soul to COD4. But this week I have to create a podcast for a hw assignment on the interwebs and how it allows subcultures to thrive. Sooo I chose this wonderful game and place :)

Hey guys, decided to post for the first time. I've been a lurker for a long time now but with brawl coming out in the near future decided to introduce myself.

I played melee quite a bit and went to a few local tournaments here in ct with friends who were fairly good. I used ATs and all that jazz and I thought I was ok but just never really threw myself out there as a competitive smasher.

I decided with Brawl i would finally up my ante, learn everything I can and actually compete in as many tourneys as I could around my area (pretty much everywhere in CT and in some parts of MA).

I'm 17, about to complete high school and most likely going to UConn. Hope to meet some of you guys at some tournaments once the game comes out... unfortunately I won't be able to go to the big one in boston for the advanced copies of brawl though.
