Jiggly can recover without jumping, and her upB is trash at some points so her case is an exception... not to say i don't use it but you get the point.

LOL I was just making a joke, it really depends on the character for Up B attacks, I don't know all the characters that can do it effectively but I definitely wouldn't use it often with Ice Climbers. Just cause you have the huevos doesn't mean its a good idea.

Lol, I actually tried this the other day, and yeah, its not a good idea

If you play marth, you can B-up in the middle of pretty much any drill/auto-combo move. I know for sure: Falco's nair and neutral A, metaknight's fair and bair, lucario's neutral A (even when they hold the button, it's hilarious), and probably marth's b-side.

EDIT: "Then there's the issue of spamming. First of all, if you do it, don't..." Come on now, that's what competitive gaming is. The only reason I don't spam is move degredation. OR If you're a casual player ignor this entire edit, as you likely play for fun and not to win.
