Smash Cadet
Falco's Nair and Fair are easy to frame-sync, and here's how to do them.
You frame-sync (or "frame-cancel") Nair by buffering it with a short hop and fast-falling as soon as possible, and since everything can be buffered, it's pretty easy. Something to know is that you must hold the control stick down in order to buffer the fast fall. You have a 4-frame window to do this. You cannot frame-sync this move on shield.
In addition to holding down on the left stick, you can also use the right stick. You see, while holding down (at least halfway) on the control stick, any non-down input on the other stick will input a fast fall. This applies to the right stick being set to either Attack or Smash. (For Smash, you can even just hold down on the right stick without using the left stick.)
You frame-sync Fair by hitting with its landing hit. That's it! As long as you hit with its landing hit, the hitlag and the landing lag will happen at the same time and its 25 frames of landing lag will seem to miraculously become 13 on hit or 16 on shield. Be sure to space this move properly so that it cannot be shield-grabbed by any character!—except for Olimar with his white pikmin which there's really nothing you can do about.
