You're right, Flail isn't that great, even when you have one hp.

I use a Feebas in random wifi PBR battles and do pretty well, but Feebas has an advantage over Magikarp....Hypnosis.

I dont like water pokemon much but id say Milotic is my Favorite. Its pretty annoying fighting one with aqua Ring, and Leftovers. It heals Alot.
