Oh I think it happened automatically. He just wanted you to try to use the server again. If it doesn't work, they like detailed accounts of exactly what happened (ex. error codes, freezes, desyncs etc) and data dumps if possible. You might want to try both matchmaking and hosting in a lobby to have a friend play.

I got the Miiwimmfi to work, but when I try to boot PM it goes to the Stage builder and nothing happens

EDIT: nevermind for now I didn't see the new PM dl

EDIT2: it still didn't work once I downloaded the PM dl above

You can just use the PM download provided and it should work just like the old way.

Wiimm did an update on the Wiimfi server this last weekend that has fixed the disconnect issue every couple of matches for Brawl and Project M.

At the moment, yeah, unfortunately. None of the Wiimmfi devs seem to care very much that NTSC matchmaking doesn't work.
