2.what is a smash senator and what do they do

I think a smash senator is the main tourney champion in each of the 50 states. I've never heard of a smash senator though. Theres probably liek only one smash senator in each state I guess. (this anser is based off of a senator definition).

They're is only like 4 on this site and I'm pretty sure they don't play competitive smash.
