Does it really bring any strength to your point if you make a 3 sentence topic with just a video link? If you want to prove a point, give us a couple reasons as to why you think a character could be high tier. Don't just slop a few sentences and a video link down; give us a couple reasons as to WHY the video is useful and why you think the character could be high tier.

Would do, but IRC scares me. It's unmoderated and confusing (kind of like 4****). Might get around to it on 5/19 or later after graduation when I have down time though.

I can't contribute much in the way of programming, but I'll do what I can.
