Wolf Link.
On a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest:
Weight: 2
Power: 3
Speed: 4.5
Fall Speed: 3
Traction: 3.5
Taunts-
Up: WL sits on his hind legs and howls a melody.
Side: WL tenses up (like he looks in the pic) and barks three times. Midna waves her magical orange hand-hair around.
Down: WL sits down and grooms himself while Midna leans back and yawns (much like his idle in Twilight Princess.)
Specials-
Neutral: Twilight Charge (can't remember real name.)
WL tenses up, growls, Midna raises her hand-hair, and the area around them glows orange and black; it's shaped like a sphere around him. This can be held, but automatically releases after about 5 seconds. When released, all enemies in the vicinity are zapped with electrical damage. Good range, mid power, low knockback.
Side: Z-Target
A combination of Wario's Neutral B and Ganon's Side B. When held, WL rears up. When released (is autoreleased after about 6 seconds) WL lunges forward swiftly about half the distance of the Fox Illusion. If he hits an enemy, he grabs them like Ganon (more like leaps on their chest) and if A is mashed, will continuously bite them (like Wario.) Good range, damage, 0 knockback (low knockback on last hit.) WL's Z-Target attack in TP.
Up: Twilight Leap
or Twilight Warp
Midna jumps off of WL's back and points in front of her with her hand-hair. Just like in TP, WL
jumps directly at her. This move has odd properties, sometimes acting like a semi-tether.
If the edge is in tether range, Midna automatically targets it. However, anyone hit with this move suffers low damage, mid knockback, and dark damage; so it can't be edgehogged. Otherwise, it travels in a upwards diagonal direction about the distance of Firebird.
or
WL is quickly absorbed by a Twilight portal (like the one on Bridge of Eldin) and reappears out another. This move travels straight up, is inoffensive, and WL can fall horizontally unlike Firewolf.
Down: Dig
WL digs the ground in front of him with his forepaws. The spot where he dug will be slightly darker than the rest of the ground and will sparkle slightly. This spot acts as a pitfall would: anyone who steps on it will be buried in the ground. This move does no damage. WL cannot
fall into his own "dig spots," and if the move is used again when a dig spot is already on the field, it will be replaced by the new one.
Phew.

As you can see, I put much thought into this. I still believe WL should've replaced Toon Link; he would've been new and much more unique. I also wanted to include Sense in WL moveset but didn't see how it could work.
Edit: Forgot his Final Smash.
Fused Shadows: Midna transforms in her gigantic, many limbed, pulsating Twilight beast. You can see her in the background of the stage while her arms are reaching to the stage. You can still control WL during this FS, but can't use his specials. Three arms reach around the stage trying to grab the other player(s)
and once the players are in Midna's grasp, they are unable to move. The hands squeeze the players causing continous damage. During this, WL may attack the players.
