Lucario is Steel/Fighting type. Mewtwo is Psychic. Psychic is super effective against Fighting, but not very effective against Steel. So, its neutral.

and fighting is NVE against psychic.....steel is neutral, but no good steel moves for lucario.

mewtwo gets Aura Sphere (oh snap, i think i'm the first to bring that up) and that OHKOs lucario. And comparing uber to OU is a bad idea, don't get me started.

What if its a Sashed Lucario? Mewtwo's I see usually have Life Orbs, so if Lucario Swords Dances
on the turn he gets attacked (sash prevents OHKO), and then ExtremeSpeeds the next turn, GG Mewtwo.

does a minimum: 61.3%
average: 66.8%
maximum: 72%

not to mention the chances that SR aren't up on your team is abysmally low. Don't put a sash on a mid/late game sweeper, just don't. There are some pokemon that can play in both OU and uber, but they all either have amazing base stats, typing, movepool, or abilities (think sandstorm or swift swim). Lucario has a great OU movepool, but in Uber he can't use it as well as before.

Does any of this have to do with Brawl Lucario? Brawl Lucario is already different from the in-game ones, with an ability that doesn't exist in the Pokemon Universe.
