Our best guy is probably Trent and he can't win against top players.
It also doesn't help that a Brawl community doesn't even exist in Nebraska.
Our Melee scene is relatively dead but it's still vastly superior to the Brawl community.
Note that Nebraska only has roughly 15 Melee players o.O

Nebraska Brawl community=disorganized. Trent/Silver/p00pnb00bz (lincoln) and Omaha rarely play together. Hell, I am one of Dans best friends and I see him like 2 times every 2 and a half weeks or so, and most of the time he's playing LoL or trying to get me to play Brawl - instead of regular brawl.

We used to be better organized back when I used to live in Lincoln (all 6 of us). Now that it is nicer outside I think I'll be driving down there more to play. I finally hung out with Reed (2nd place 1st contagion) last Sunday (he worked me pretty good in Melee, I need to learn how to L-cancel bad), and I'd be down to drive whoever there as well, just, uh...don't expect a sober time I haven't been playing any brawl other than at tournaments since December 29th, 2009, so it'll be nice to get back into the swing of things and play against some very good players.

We are planning on planning a Melee/Brawl tournament (!and Low-Tiers!) for April sometime, probably starting at 5 and not this stupid morning bull****.

In other news, I have decided I am going to Main Wolf, 2nd Marth for matchup purposes, and I'll **** around with Link and Ness for Low Tier purposes. I'm sure most of you are saying "wait, you already main wolf you fuktarz". This is false. I've played 5 characters way more than wolf (Ness/Link/Luigi/Marth/Bowser) and several characters about as much as Wolf, maybe even slightly more. ****, I've read FAQS for Luigi and Marth, but never for Wolf, ever. It's probably time.

Well, I'm saying if you want more people to come, then you would probably have to start at an earlier time than 5. 1PM would probably be a good start time if you wanted to get more organized and always be ready if housing is needed I guess. $10 is a price only when needed when you have other OoS people that are confirmed to coming other than Fino. You shouldn't really listen to that guy. Its his own fault if he drives for a tourney and doesn't profit. Iowa has always been close with Nebraska, so we show up no matter what. I feel like we need to trade the Melee players from Iowa for Brawl Players in Nebraska. Then there would be harmony.

@Gamegenie222: Sure, we can play again. I'm sure by the time of the next tourney, Me, Yulai, and Tyser will have a deck.

@Tyser and Yulai: We should just nerd Yu-Gi-Oh! when you cats come down here for the March Birthday Madness! If Tyser drives, you should come down early and we could all go to the Yu-Gi-Oh! tournament that Friday night.

2. I can possibly help you with Falco practice, I pretty confident with Falco now with all of the friendlies at your tourney against Yulai even though I used Mario mostly in friendlies.

3. I can do the 27th of this month if I have some $$$, My money is going to HGSS this sunday and I am possibly buying a Gamecube when I go to gamestop for the Jirachi event this week.

You'll have to come to smashfests to practice Melee.
You also need to learn basics before you can actually "practice" towards experience.
If you don't know the basic techs, you'll just get beat constantly and won't learn anything.
Go to the "How to play SSBM, correctly" thread and learn all the crap in there first.
