Confession: I've never sat down and properly played S3&K, I usually get around half way in and drop it completely (I have beaten Sonic 3 though).
Nah son, lazy.
Fix that **** now. That's an order

Dude. The game's a masterpiece. This isn't something you shrug off. Tell us the backlog and I'll arrange it for youNah daughter, lazy.
Plus my backlog is big enough as it is.
I ****ing love the Robotnik theme, it's catchy, upbeat and it gives a vibe of tension. Not many Sonic boss themes do that, especially the Genesis themessoundtrack game too stronk.
Here's my favorite.
soundtrack game too stronk.
Probably one of my favorite songs in the franchise.
Last time I played, yeah.
Play it and beat it, then beat it again as Knuckles, then beat it as Tails, then beat it on debug mode.
My guess is Sandopolis Zone stopped you
Don't let Sandopolis stop you. It's an uninteresting level with ass design. But after it, the game reaches incredible levels of awesomeness with Lava Reef, Hidden Palace/Sky Sanctuary and especially Death Egg Zone which is the best level in the game.Last time I played, yeah.
I'm pretty sure I was playing as Knuckles on the Wii version.
Lava Reef and Death Egg are stupid fun, I should replay the game. Wonder if this ****ty laptop could handle itDon't let Sandopolis stop you. It's an uninteresting level with *** design. Just power through it, it's dull but it isn't hard.
FLAME SHIELDS AREN'T IN 4 YOU PLEB.This is probably going to mess with people's minds, but...
I actually prefer Sonic 4 over Sonic 3 & Knuckles.*puts flame shield up*
Genesis can be emulated by a damn toaster, it's that easy. That, NES, SNES(in some cases) and GBA can be easily emulated on a **** laptop.Lava Reef and Death Egg are stupid fun, I should replay the game. Wonder if this ****ty laptop could handle it
Welp. Imma play 5 FE games. LaterGenesis can be emulated by a damn toaster, it's that easy. That, NES, SNES(in some cases) and GBA can be easily emulated on a **** laptop.
The link that just got posted explains how that's a myth.Well it was going to be him or sonic, and after sonic was made mascot, mighty slowly faded away from the comics and the eye of the fanbase.
It feels a bit...Clunky with age. The level design anyway for some parts. I remember being one of the best Stardust Speedway 3 players, I got really high on the leaderboards, and considering how many people hacked that, I'm proudHow about Sonic CD? Easily one of my favorites due to the exploration and time travel aspect. I also love the design of the special stages with those interesting and mysterious civilizations and planets in the distance.
Well, the only reason why I like Sonic 4 alot more is mainly due to the difficulty. It was much simpler to complete other than S3&K. The funny thing is I haven't even played Episode 2 yet .FLAME SHIELDS AREN'T IN 4 YOU PLEB.
I actually like Episode 1's wonky physics, though the OST wasn't too memorable, I only remember about 3 themes, Splash Hill, Eggman Pinch and Metal Sonic
The only Sonic game I have ever beaten are Generations and Heroes. Only two of the series I Have enjoyed as well Although Colors looks funConfession: I've never sat down and properly played S3&K, I usually get around half way in and drop it completely (I have beaten Sonic 3 though).
Tails, Link, Zelda, and Samus are trans
>GG/MS Sonic SpinballI'm still lurking around for a copy of Sonic Blast and SpinBall for MS; they are the only I don't have in my collection. (my least two favorites in the series anyway, but still worthy of having)
If it's just for collecting I don't see the problem.>GG/MS Sonic Spinball

Don't even put that fecal matter into your collection, it just ain't worth it.
The game is the biggest piece of hot trash and **** ever produced. It's worst than 06, Shadow, Chronicles, Rise of Lyric and Sonic Genesis.
Those games aren't as horrid and bad looking as the GG/MS versions of Spinball.
No, ignore it. Straight up ignore it and be proud that you ignored it. And if you see it, burn it.

With me being a very simplistic gamer, I got frustrated with the game and raged quit XD. I'll probably go back to it someday though as it does seem like a masterpiece and has alot of content.
Heroes is my favourite, nostalgia goggles? MaybeThe only Sonic game I have ever beaten are Generations and Heroes. Only two of the series I Have enjoyed as well Although Colors looks fun
oy vey
You know; I aware how bad the 8-Bit version of SpinBall is (implying that the 16-Bit counterpart was any good too), but.. it's part of the "Sonic line" in the system, and I have to complete because of reasons (I even have Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine! =P ).. also, I kinda have some good memories playing 8-Bit SpinBall at the childhood, because was the first version I played, and I think that was the first time I saw the Spin Dash.. lol.>GG/MS Sonic Spinball

It's why I look forward to the day I play it again and dread it. GC version or bustHeroes is one I really liked a kid but when I tried to go back to it a couple months ago I just... couldn't.
Triple Trouble was like... the only good original Sonic GG game.I'm surprised you all went with Spinball rather than Sonic Blast. That game is like if one of those fangames become an official title. What I'm getting at is it's not fun.
I played it at a friend. It took me a minute to get up the first loopI'm surprised you all went with Spinball rather than Sonic Blast. That game is like if one of those fangames become an official title. What I'm getting at is it's not fun.
What about Sonic 1 and 2? Those weren't that bad. And Tail's Adventure (while not Sonic) still had some charm.Triple Trouble was like... the only good original Sonic GG game.
I played through the whole thing (granted on VC, but still), and that's the least of its problems. Case and point, the water zone.I played it at a friend. It took me a minute to get up the first loop

Genie: I'M HOOOOOOOOOOOOOME
This saddens me
Plus Genesis had Vectorman which was already something like SEGA's answer to DKC.Sonic Blast tried to to some DKC magic in the graphics in a 8-Bit handheld (later ported to a console)... I don't see how they could even think that's was a good idea. X_X.. the sprites were terrible, the physics weird and level design unattractive..
I remember when I saw the teaser for this game in the last page of a Prima guide book before its release. I was so pumped for this game, especially with Espio Charmy and Vector being in it, as I knew them from the Archie comics.Heroes is one I really liked a kid but when I tried to go back to it a couple months ago I just... couldn't.
I understand everyone has a nostalgia boner for Sonic 2 but Sonic 1? That's the worst of the 3 Genesis. How do you prefer it?I guess I'm the only one here who doesn't really like Sonic 3 or S&K. I mean, they're fine, but they never captured the brilliance of the first 2.
